Lawyer and Legal Consultant / Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Suhaibani
Possesses over forty years of extensive legal experience with the Ministry of Commerce, during which he served across numerous committees and departments pursuant to ministerial resolutions. His professional career spans both the public and private sectors, enabling him to acquire broad legal expertise in commercial cases, corporate matters, and other cases relating to individuals, before all courts and judicial committees.

Throughout his professional career, he has held the following positions and assignments:

  • Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Commerce since 1987.
  • Member of the Committee for the Settlement of Commercial Paper Disputes, pursuant to Ministerial Resolution No. 189/11 dated 1987.
  • Member of the Committee for Complaints Submitted to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry concerning the importation or manufacture of deceptive or imitation goods, pursuant to Ministerial Resolution No. 871/23 dated 1987.
  • Representative of the Public Prosecution before the Committee for Adjudicating Violations Related to the Implementation of the Law of Precious Metals and Gemstones and its Executive Regulations, pursuant to Ministerial Resolution No. 331 dated 1987.
  • Member of the Committee for Appeals and Objections under the Trademark Law, pursuant to Ministerial Resolution No. 218 dated 1988.
  • Representative of the Public Prosecution before the Board of Grievances (Administrative Court), pursuant to Ministerial Resolution No. 95 dated 1989.
  • Member of the Committee for Adjudicating Violations of the Law of Precious Metals and Gemstones, pursuant to Ministerial Resolution No. 436/8/3/33 dated 12/6/1997.
  • Member of the Committee for Adjudicating Violations of the Banking Control Law at the Ministry of Finance, pursuant to Ministerial Resolution No. 269/11 dated 13/6/1998.
  • Member of the Legal Committee for Appeals Related to Commercial Papers, pursuant to Ministerial Resolution No. 4712 dated 17/11/2003.
