The project is located in the Abu Bakr complex in the Al-Yasmeen district, which is the beating heart of the city of Riyadh. The project includes two main floors and a basement. The project provides 10 offices with space for commercial projects.

The project was established as follows:

• Complete installation of air conditioners.
• Establishment of elevators and escalators.
• Periodic maintenance of the building’s pipes and plumbing.
